About the Company

A. E Entreprenad AB is an established construction and groundwork company active in concrete works, reinforcement, renovation projects, property services, and various building-related services. The company has a solid financial foundation (turnover 6.49 MSEK in 2024, strong liquidity and equity) and is now expanding. We are looking to hire a reliable General Labourer to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job Responsibilities

As a General Labourer, you will work closely with skilled workers and supervisors. Your tasks may include:

• Assisting concrete workers, reinforcement workers and carpenters
• Performing basic groundwork and excavation assistance
• Carrying, transporting, and organizing materials
• Light demolition and preparatory work
• Site cleaning and maintaining workspace order
• Simple assembly tasks under instruction
• Other general duties within construction and service projects

The work is physical and performed both outdoors and indoors.

Qualifications

It is considered meritorious if you:

• Have previous experience in construction, groundwork, concrete work, or other practical labour
• Have worked as a labourer, helper, or similar role
• Hold a B driving licence
• Have basic knowledge of hand tools or simple machinery
• Have basic Swedish or English communication skills

• Hard-working, reliable, and responsible
• Able to follow instructions and work in a team
• Flexible and able to handle varied tasks

Employment Terms

• Full-time position
• Permanent contract after an initial probation period
• Start date by agreement
• Salary: individual salary setting according to industry practice (aligned with Swedish Migration Agency requirements)
