Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Embedded C++ Developer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Design, develop and maintain embedded C++ applications for performance measurement and debugging in advanced automotive systems
- Implement and optimize C++ code running on embedded platforms used in test vehicles
- Troubleshoot and analyze performance issues in complex automotive environments
- Collaborate with system architects and engineers to define requirements and ensure alignment with automotive standards
- Develop unit and automated integration tests to secure software quality and prevent regressions
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment of binaries
- Produce clear documentation and support knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle
What you bring:
- Extensive experience in embedded software development within automotive systems
- Strong proficiency in C++ including modern standards and best practices
- Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux
- Experience with performance analysis tools and debugging in automotive environments
- Familiarity with CANoe, DLT logger and automotive communication protocols
- Knowledge of Python and Bash for scripting and automation
- Hands-on experience with Git/Gerrit, GTest/Gmock and CI/CD frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in large, complex organizations
- Experience with AWS, Docker and deployment automation tools (merit)
- Familiarity with Grafana and data visualization for performance metrics (merit)
- Knowledge of internal processes or similar automotive OEM standards (merit)
