Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Process & Method Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as technical manager for an on-premise environment within License Management and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Act as a central contributor in the modernization of processes, methods, and tools within the SAM domain.
• Support users by answering questions, handling bug reports, updating documentation, and providing training to user groups.
• Create, schedule, and maintain reports related to software assets and licensing.
• Administer user management and access control for the platform.
• Drive change management activities by analyzing the impact of changes, implementing and testing updates, and planning releases.
• Ensure system documentation is continuously updated and aligned with current practices.
• Maintain high system availability through proactive troubleshooting, incident and problem management, monitoring, and backup routines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure effective operational workflows and improvements in SAM maturity.

What you bring:

• Experience with SNOW On-Prem.
• Experience implementing SAM tools in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
• Ability to drive change and support organizations with low maturity in license management.
• Strong understanding of licensing models, compliance requirements, and software asset management principles.
• Experience working with multiple SAM tools and related ecosystems.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
