Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Oversee and manage the full development lifecycle of assigned products from initiation to completion
• Lead and support development teams, ensuring effective collaboration, clear communication and timely delivery
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers and product owners on prioritisation, delivery planning and adherence to design and quality standards
• Prepare and present progress updates, status reports and risk assessments to senior management and key stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, partners and suppliers

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a development manager, delivery lead, project manager or similar role
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and confident decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience with mission-critical or telephony solution development is considered an advantage
