Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop tools and observability solutions that help internal client developers improve app performance and stability
• Contribute to a new platform that aggregates client-side observations into a unified view for faster bottleneck identification and bug handling
• Work across the full stack, from Android client development to backend services and visualization components
• Perform performance and stability profiling, including system tracing, memory analysis and related diagnostics
• Collaborate closely with internal developers to understand needs, integrate tools and drive measurable improvements in app quality
• Act as a technical ambassador for performance and quality, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across teams
• Make data-driven decisions through analytics work involving BigQuery, SQL and related tools

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong specialization in Android development
• Experience designing and building distributed services in Java/Kotlin
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, testing practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Comfort working with data analytics tools such as BigQuery and writing SQL queries
• A flexible, solution-oriented mindset and strong team collaboration skills
• High learning ability and willingness to broaden your technical skill set
• A passion for enabling and supporting other developers to be more productive
• A strong quality mindset with a focus on performance and overall product robustness
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
