Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support and enhance the software factory environment within GTT, ensuring stable and efficient infrastructure for product development teams.
• Manage and develop IT solutions that enable digital workflows across truck divisions and business areas.
• Work with modern technologies, contributing to continuous improvements and exploring new tools that enhance delivery capabilities.
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters and other virtualization environments.
• Develop, optimize and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Manage Linux-based systems and ensure reliability, performance and security.
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Support monitoring and logging environments based on tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
• Work with both internal and external cloud platforms, ensuring efficient operations and continuity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support ongoing development activities.

What you bring:

• Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes and virtualization environments.
• Strong background in CI/CD tooling, including ArgoCD, Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration.
• Good understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code practices and tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience working with internal and external cloud environments.
• ITIL certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred.
• Bonus: experience managing and maintaining server environments.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a strong interest in learning new technologies and methods.
