We are currently looking for Director & VP Assistant to our clients Kista office. 

The major responsibilities as followed:

Supporting our Director/s & VP with:

- Arrangement of daily work schedule

- Booking business trip

- Overseeing reimbursement 

- Important meetings

- Arrangement of lab activities

Assistant responsibilities including:

- Internal and external meeting and event support

- activity organization and atmosphere building

- support in projects of business etc.

Required Education and Experience

The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have interest in development and sharing experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English. Fluency in Chinese and Swedish is a big plus. 

- Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently

- Good communication, documentation and presentation skills

- Well organized and structured
