Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Partner – ERP & Finance Domains to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support the ERP and Finance domains with prioritization, coordination and planning of new initiatives.
• Drive replacement projects for ERP and TMS systems, ensuring smooth transition from older legacy systems nearing end-of-life.
• Manage and mitigate risks related to existing systems (including Business Central) and limit unnecessary development.
• Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders seeking enhancements to Business Central systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business operations to prioritize requirements and coordinate implementation activities.
• Contribute to defining strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment between IT and business objectives.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role within ERP and Finance environments.
• Strong understanding of business systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management across IT and business functions.
• Ability to balance technical and business perspectives to ensure optimal decisions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in both Swedish and English
