Job Summary

Are you interested in an opportunity to take on a key role at Tetra Pak to secure transformational change in our strategic programmes led by the unit?

We are now looking for a Transformation Business Partner who will support the transformation agenda for the Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) unit by prioritization, deployment and follow-up of transformation activities including people, processes, systems and data.

This is a permanent position and can be based in any of our offices in EMEA or Americas.

The role may require business travel up to 20% of your time.

What you will do

As Transformation Business Partner you will:

• Be a Steering Group member of the Strategic programmes run in the business unit
• Drive the Initiative Heatmap in PSE which covers all medium / large programs and projects that requires significant resources whether they are led by PSE or another organization
• Secure Transformation and Change execution in line with best practices and processes
• Perform assessments of the benefit realization of projects 9 – 12 months after implementation thereby creating a feedback loop for recognition and learning
• Maintain transparency of the transformation portfolio impacting the organization including projects led by the unit and those that are led elsewhere
• Prioritize continuous improvements projects within the change portfolio in alignment with strategy, global process teams and business stakeholders
• Monitor continuous improvements within the change portfolio to secure progress towards objectives, adherence to the business transformation process, and deployment towards committed benefits
• Lead transformation activities and support, guide and coach leaders of transformations in the organization
• Develop Transformation and Change capability in the unit
• Secure that the Strategic programmes are executed in accordance with the strategy and in alignment with directions Strategy Deployment

We believe you have

• University degree (MA, MBA or equivalent) in business or relevant fields

• 10+ years of experience in project management and business transformation

• Good knowledge of the BT process

• Strong stakeholder management and business understanding

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experience from the Processing industry is considered a plus
