Are you a highly skilled and driven Sales Manager?

Sightseeing Ride needs you to truly succeed with our sales operations. You will play a key role in building, leading, and motivating our seasonal street sales team to deliver outstanding results but also by driving your own B2B-sales during the (off)season.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of seasonal sales staff and ambassadors
• Motivate and support the team daily
• Plan and follow up on sales competitions (weekly or as needed)
• Order supplies related to street and citywide sales activities
• Visit hotels regularly to strengthen relationships and boost our visibility
• Own and drive the B2B sales during off season

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for sales and leadership
• Is organized, energetic, and results-driven
• Enjoys working hands-on and leading by example
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Is creative and takes initiatives
• Has experience in B2C and/or B2B sales
• Communicates clearly and builds trust with both customers and team members

Location: Stockholm (onsite with some fieldwork around the city)

Employment type: Full-time, with a 6-month trial period

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
