Online Brands acquires, owns, and develops e-commerce companies in the Nordics. The company's strategy focuses on acquiring fast-growing and profitable e-commerce businesses with strong brands. Within the group are Trendcarpet, Hatshop, Victorins, Kitchenlab, Bread & Boxers, Isbjörn, Reforma and Tanrevel.

As an SEM Specialist, you will be more than just a piece of the puzzle. Your unique perspective and analytical expertise will directly impact Online Brands growth. You will become an essential component in building their in-house performance team, seamlessly integrating with an already competent and vibrant team. This isn’t just about boosting traffic; it's about understanding the nuances of search marketing to drive meaningful and impactful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously manage and optimize paid search channels, ensuring you are always a step ahead in the competitive landscape
• Regularly analyze the cost-efficiency of campaigns, keeping an eye on CR, budget allocations, and ensuring spend translates into value
• Understanding user behavior and ensuring that SEM campaigns resonate with target audience
• Ensure that feed management is seamless, up-to-date, and aligns with the company strategies
• Consistently monitor and understand the customer's journey, suggest improvements, and ensure the user journey is engaging
• Conceptualizing and implementing new processes and flows, ensuring SEM and SEO strategies are always cutting-edge

We're in search of someone who has a genuine passion for search engine marketing and is eager to contribute their expertise to Online Brands. Experience in Performance Max is essential, to make the most of its features to achieve goals. Being able to analyze data, work with A/B-testing and turn it into meaningful actions is a key part of the job, and we value that you have solid experience in this area.

Online Brands thrives on teamwork and collaboration, therefore it's important that you have the ability to synergize with diverse teams and colleagues. If you've worked in both agency and in-house roles, particularly within e-commerce, its an advantage. • Proficiency in Performance Max, Bing Ads, Feed Management
• Strong skills in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, Semrush, Tag Manager
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams
• Eager to learn, innovate, and stay updated with trends
• Ability to interpret data and transform it into actions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English
