Role Overview

As a Partner Success Manager, you will ensure an optimal experience for Marketplace partners and end-users by managing partner content, offerings, and relationships within Benifex’s Marketplace. The role is crucial for maintaining high-quality partner collaboration, improving Marketplace performance, and ensuring value creation through continuous optimization and proactive communication. 

You will

  • Manage and support Marketplace partners, ensuring accurate content, technical functionality, and an excellent user experience.
  • Communicate proactively with partners to handle updates, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and execute partner campaigns and activations to drive engagement and sales.
  • Analyse partner KPIs (engagement, conversion, order volume) and take actions to optimise results.
  • Support partner onboarding, engagement, and retention across regional Marketplace offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Managers and internal teams to improve products, content, and partner setups.

What are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordinating, customer-facing B2B role with exposure to technical setups - for example as a Project Coordinator, E-commerce Assistant, Technical Support, or Customer Success role, ideally in a platform-based environment.
  • A passion for service and problem-solving with strong time-management skills.
  • An analytical mindset and ability to work with KPIs and performance data.
  • Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

It’s a bonus if you also have:

  • Experience working with content in platforms or CMS systems.
  • Experience witin SaaS or digital marketplace environments.
  • Professional skills in Danish or Norwegian.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or similar.

You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining structure, quality, and clear communication. With a proactive and curious mindset, you take initiative, seek improvements, and enjoy collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment.
