Do you want to lead technology and people? If yes, we can offer you a challenging position as Group manager for one of our project management teams, Stream Product Management, in Complete Vehicle Sweden’s Project Management Office.  This is us, your new colleagues We are a part of Volvo Group Trucks Technology and our organization, Complete Vehicle Sweden, has a focused responsibility for the verification and validation of Volvo Heavy Duty Truck products and multibrand platforms. We also procure prototypes and build test rigs and vehicles. At the Complete Vehicle Sweden Project Management Office, you will work alongside some of the most skilled and passionate colleagues related to project management and complete vehicle testing. You will work in close collaboration with the Group Manager for the other project management team in our department.  Your mission As Group Manager for Stream Product Management, you will drive the optimization of the complete vehicle verification and validation ensuring quality for our customers. You will lead a team with a focus on planning and improving testing processes, reducing timelines, defining milestones, and finding efficient ways to connect to technical streams. Your task will be to build and secure resources and competence for your group to secure ability to deliver on budget, programs and projects over time. Further, you will lead and drive continuous improvement.  What we are looking for We are looking for you who are known for your perseverance in driving change, has a strategic and holistic mindset, has managerial courage, and instills trust. You have many years of experience from leading people as well as automotive projects and have a good product know-how. With your great people skills and strong cultural awareness, you build and develop a high performing team culture. Additionally, having a passion and knowledge about trucks and their customer usage is important. You have a holistic view, a strong business- and strategic mindset with focus on simplicity, accountability and empowerment. You work cross-functionally building strong relationships with stakeholders and has the passion for creating engagement in teams. You are an inspiring leader who develop people as well as technology. We think that you have a BSc. Engineering or equivalent background. Other important competencies for the position:  •    Comprehensive experience in project management of multi stakeholder projects with complex technical and commercial solutions and content with successful track record.  •    Fully proficient in current project management methodologies, e.g., agile, waterfall, lean.  •    Experience from technology development.  •    Experience from automotive verification and validation •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ready for the next move?
