Job Summary
Lead the agile way of working and transform how we deliver projects within Services!
In Services we have embarked on a journey to create a focused, engaging, and agile way of working to deliver value adding services and solutions faster. In this role you will be one of the key players in driving the agile transformation and the agile way of working across the entire organisation. You will interact with projects, teams, and functions in the global Service organisation.
You will also engage with other Tetra Pak organisations and networks.
You will be based in Lund, Sweden. However, depending on the applications we receive, we may also consider Rubiera (Tetra Pak Italiana) as a potential location. Please note that we are not considering any career migration for this role.
You will report directly to the Director Project Management within Services.

You possess excellent collaboration and communications skills, and you are able to drive activities and successfully collaborate with others to reach targets set to timeframe. We think you easily adapt to changes, have resilience when faced with challenges and you can take the timely decisions in a challenging environment. Finally, you possess excellent stakeholder management skills, able to motivate, facilitate discussions, balance expectations, and speak up when needed.
