All about the role:

As a Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the Quality & Compliance Solutions Team. This team develops IT solutions related to Quality and Product Compliance, which are used globally by thousands of users. You will bring a fundamental contribution to secure the Business and Technological Value delivered by our Team. You will participate in projects involving the design, implementation, and maintenance of great solutions using the latest cutting-edge technologies. You will focus on securing and improving the processes between the different Squads of the Team - Business Analysts Squad, Architects Squad, and Software Engineers Squad – to deliver great solutions within the agreed budget and deadlines. You will sit with the Business Analysts Squad to agree on the budget needed and, on the milestones, shared with the Business related to the Team's projects (estimated and final ones).

You will sit with the Architects Analysts Squad and review the solutions architectures proposed to ensure that the level of complexity is in line with the project timings and budget. You will sit with the Software Engineers Squad and review the development and deployment plan proposed, supporting the dynamic adjustments required along the way. Overall, you will act and interact with all the Team members to ensure that all the aspects of the projects (kickoff, status updates to stakeholders, issue discovery and prompt reaction, change management, documentation, project closure, realized benefits and lessons learned identification, ...) are properly covered by the Team.

Independence in driving and organizing own work, good communication skills and collaboration and a solution-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do:

• Estimate, agree, and secure the delivery dates of the Team's projects with the Business Analysts Squad

• Secure that the communication (including documentation framework) between the Business Analysts Squad and the Architects Squad about the projects requirements is effective and efficient

• Secure that the communication (including documentation framework) between the Architects Squad and the Software Engineers Squad about the solutions to be developed is effective and efficient

• Review the solutions architecture provided by the Architects Squad and ensure that are in line with the project timings and budget available.

• Review and dynamically adjust the development and deployment plan provided by the Software Engineers Squad.

• Ensure that all the aspects of the projects (kickoff, status updates to stakeholders, issue discovery and prompt reaction, change management, documentation, project closure, realized benefits and lessons learnt identification, ...) are properly covered by the Team.

Who you are:

• University Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent relevant experience

• Great communication (especially empathy), kind and respect.

• Leading and collaboration skills within a multi-cultural environment

• Proven good experience in Project Management

• Good knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management and ITSM via ITLM

• Experience in addressing Business problems/challenges/requirements without sacrificing security, reliability, and standardization

• Basic knowledge of software programming

• Proven experience using JIRA • Understanding of principles of IT infrastructure configuration

• Problem-solving attitude

• Willingness to learn by doing

• Innovative and with a genuine interest in technology and a pragmatic approach to delivery

• Able and willing to travel as required (less than 10% of the time)

• English communication is a must.

Qualifications:

• Able to read and write/draw using ArchiMate modelling language and BPMN

• Containerization, principles and tools

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, architecture and modules

• Knowledge of IBM Red Hat OpenShift, overview and components

• Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect

• AI and ML, principles and tools

• Able to program in Python, C#, JAVA, React JS
