Who You Are
To thrive in this role, you should have a master’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or a related field. Experience in mechanical testing or analytical applications of screw joints is a strong advantage, but a keen interest in developing expertise in this area is just as valuable. Familiarity with design work and Scania’s PDM systems is also highly beneficial.
We are looking for someone with strong practical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a sharp eye for detail. You should be comfortable presenting ideas and speaking in public, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish—knowledge of German is a plus.
