To take the lead of the electromagnetic performance integration testing activities for our team and coordinate vehicle planning and rebuilds by adding on new functions and technologies. Dealing with these challenges in a highly cross-functional environment. Then this could be the position for you!

About the position:

Our team has the goal to develop vehicles with robust electromagnetic performance to meet the future demands from our customers. The team has the end-to-end responsibility, from design requirements to verification, acceptance and compliance for trucks, buses and industrial engines.

In the role as an integration leader, you will:

• Coordinate and find solutions to ensure we have the right abilities on time to cover our continuous product introductions.
• Lead the development of our internal EMC (ElectroMagnetic Compatibility) processes and align them with other departments.
• Coordinating and prioritizing our backlog and time plans.
• Take the lead in several cross-functional teams and forums.
• Create networks among several departments, external partners, and other brands within TRATON, where you are the link between our devoted engineers and project lead.
• Synchronize with development flow about hardware, functions and vehicles to plan EMC integration testing.

About you:

You pursue change with curiosity, trust, and a can-do attitude. You find it contributing and developing working closely with different competencies in cross-functional teams. Building and sustaining different working relationships come easy to you. You feel secure in your communication style and are perceived as clear and listening. You have an engineering background with a passion for electronics and previous experience or a strong interest in technical project leading.
