At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.

Who you are

Design and deliver high quality Cyber Security services and contribute to build resilience of digital products in the domain of responsibility, Technology functions, Inter IKEA and other Ingka Core Businesses.

Work closely with engineers and product teams to manage information technology and information risks, securing trusted outcomes for Ingka.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply security engineering policies in close collaboration with the product development teams.
• Secure built in security and privacy controls throughout the design process, thus reducing risk exposure.
• Drive the implementation of the global information security incident management process in the domain of expertise.
• Drive the implementation of Ingka software security program, building software resilience, robustness and trustworthiness in the domain of responsibility.
• Drive the implementation of Cyber security compliance frameworks, building compliance towards laws and regulations in the domain of responsibility.
• Drive the implementation of data privacy concepts and privacy-by-design in the software development process in the domain of responsibility.
• Work side by side with relevant stakeholders on the Cyber Security topic, driving a culture where security and privacy is the responsibility of everyone.
• Translate security and privacy findings into actionable risks that product teams can use to make informed and conscious decisions
• Coach and mentor Junior Cyber Engineers to promote rapid learning and development, understanding of Ingka and Cyber Security ways-of-working.
