About the Role

Northab is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Testledare to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading test efforts in complex IT environments, focusing on implementation projects. You will drive structured and goal-oriented testing processes, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities in complex IT environments.
• Oversee implementation projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and execute structured test plans with a focus on quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing processes.
• Manage test cases and defect handling efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Several years of experience in test management within complex IT environments.
• Proven experience in managing implementation projects.
• Strong ability to conduct testing in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in testing within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in using Reqtest.
• Experience with integration testing, including test case and defect management.
