Then you should apply for the job as Product Introduction Manager at Axis HQ in Lund, Sweden. Who is your future team? We are an international team of 14 people with different professional backgrounds. The organization is part of Product Introduction and Growth Management, within the Product Management Department. We work closely with R&D, Product Managers/-Specialists, the Sales Regions, and the Marketing Departments. Within the team we manage test sites and our own studio for photo/video/audio recording. What you will do as a Product Introduction Manager? Axis launches a vast number of products within video, audio, access control and software each year. Sales training is crucial to ensure our colleagues within the global sales organization understand the purpose of the products, the unique selling points and how they relate to other offerings. This is where Product Introduction Management comes into play. We deliver insightful training, mainly video-based e-learnings to educate, inspire and motivate the sales force. You will have a key role in the launch of Axis products and solutions. During the work process you develop a deep understanding of the products/solutions, use cases, target groups and the competitive landscape. This is accomplished through hands-on testing, interviews and by researching the area in various ways. Although e-learning is the base, educational content can be delivered through a multitude of other channels as well, like webinars or sessions in front of live audiences. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a motivated, creative, and inspiring person with experience in communication, sales, or product management activities. Previous work with video editing software, development of sales support material and jobs within sales or education is meritorious. You are passionate to explain technical matters in a clear, understandable, and inspiring way. Good social-, communication- and presentation skills is a must as well as an ability perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. Furthermore, we believe you have: * Interest in technology and have the skills to install, configure and test systems and devices * Worked with video management systems or other IT systems before, preferably in an admin or educational role * Ability to run projects from start to finish and deliver on time * At least 3 years work experience within Axis and/or the security/IT market * Excellent English skills, both written and verbal * Natural public speaker What Axis can do for you?
