Job Summary
We are looking for a Global Business Process Coach with expertise in Contingent Workforce Management, who will work within the Supplier Management organisation and processes and in collaboration with the Contingent Workforce organisation within HR & Transformation. This role will ensure we increase efficiency, automation and digitalisation of our processes.
You will be working in a team with responsibility for the processes and tools related to Supplier Management. We are a global team that supports each other and jointly strive to enable our organisation and supporting processes to be effective, compliant, and adding value to Tetra Pak.
In this role you will have high level of freedom to find new ways of making sure that our processes and tools are constantly improving. You will have the mandate to identify and propose digital opportunities, participate in and/or drive projects and continuous improvement activities.
This position is based preferably in Lund, Sweden or Modena, Italy. We are also open to other Tetra Pak locations.
