In Engineering Digital (ED), we are dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences. Our team is passionate about innovation, and we are looking for a talented UX Designer to join us in shaping the future of our products.
The department consists of 3 different sections, and the aim of this position is to support all 3 on their User Experience journey.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with various tools such as Miro and Figma to design and enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. Your primary focus will be on understanding and improving the user journey and value flows to ensure our products are intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly.
What you'll do
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Miro and Figma. Additionally, you will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Developing and maintaining user personas, journey maps, and value flow diagrams will be part of your role, ensuring consistency and coherence in the user experience across all touchpoints. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design is also essential.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone with proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, proficiency in design tools such as Miro and Figma, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to think critically and solve complex design problems, are crucial. A portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process is required.
