As a Project Manager within SEB´s Project Management Office team, you´ll thrive in a global environment. Collaborating with a team of talented individuals with diverse backgrounds and competencies, you´ll drive their project portfolio within the division. Your close collaboration with various business areas, operations, and technology teams, all within an agile framework, will be essential to your success. In this role, you will need to be prestigeless, as you´ll be working with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions. Effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring smooth execution of projects. You will manage a variety of tasks and projects, including new fund launches, closures, mergers, redesigns, and regulatory changes. Additionally, you will maintain cross-functional processes throughout the value chain, working closely with product managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless communication across teams and distribution channels. Requirements: • Experience in asset management, securities, and/or the savings sector will strengthen your application, particularly in the areas of funds and portfolio management. • You´ve adeptly navigated projects from inception through analysis, planning, execution, and successful handover/closure. • Your experience extends to a variety of projects, including IT and/or regulatory initiatives. • Your strong leadership skills shine in your ability to guide teams and manage stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration. • Your analytical skill is evident in your problem-solving approach, enabling you to dissect complex challenges and formulate effective solutions. • You have experience of the agile framework and are used to the methodology. • You´re self-driven, consistently taking ownership of project progress. Your track record showcases your independence in resolving issues, devising solutions, and judiciously escalating when needed. • You contribute enthusiastically to a positive work environment, actively participating in the growth and development of the team. • You hold a bachelor´s or master´s degree in a related field, underlining your commitment to professional development.
