Financial Whiz Wanted! Are you a finance superhero who can juggle numbers and deadlines with ease? Do you have a knack for clear communication and a talent for building strong relationships? If so, we need you on our team! Besides conquering the exciting world of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and everything in between, you'll be the ultimate liaison, connecting with internal and external stakeholders while keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

What you will be doing

• Support and be point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, in various financial matters to ensure financial operations run smoothly

• Support the Finance team with maintaining structure in processes, instructions and put in the final pieces in our many puzzles.

• Provide backup support across the finance team, assisting with various tasks

• Owner of the Groups purchase to pay process - invoice registration, payment upload and clearing of all vendor invoices ensuring proper documentation and authorization.

• Process all Group vendor invoices in the weekly payment run together with the financial accountants.

• Maintain and update corporate purchase/invoice process and assist users/purchasers with interpretation and understanding of policies and procedures

• Assist in establishing oversea payment systems and procedures while the company expands internationally

• Maintain corporate card purchase process and assist corporate card users with purchase payments to ensure compliance to the purchase process

• Categorize expense against accounting cost centers to facilitate accounting bookkeeping

• Owner of the Groups Accounts Receivables Process - creating invoices and book incoming payments

• Assist in month end closings and year end closings and audits.

• Owner of the Groups Salaries accounting (file load, bookings)

• BS Reconciliations

• Issue Tax payments and booking

• Support any daily / ad-hoc questions/work lead by Head of Group Accounting

What skills and experience we think you have

• Background in accounting 2-5 years

• Driven, independent, detail-oriented, well organized with willingness to learn various processes and operating procedures

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities

• Good understanding of accounting practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in relevant software and technology.

• Previous experience with MS Dynamics 365 is valued, but not required

• Team player, highly motivated and excited to work with a small and talented cross-functional team

• Strong English communication skills

• Strong Excel skills

• Genuine interest for Natural Cycles’ business and mission.

Location

We are remote-friendly, but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. Most of the finance team you will work with is located in Stockholm.
