Scania CV AB Your Assignment As an Assistant, you will collaborate closely with supporting Thomas and the management team.  Your main role involves daily support to the Production, Procurement, and Logistics operations, where you also become a natural part. You will be responsible for, among other things, the annual calendar, preparations, documentation, and meeting structure. Furthermore, you lead the work on common issues and improvements of administrative routines within the underlying units and support other colleagues in other teams when needed. As we are in a consolidation phase in terms of surfaces, you will have a central role in helping to shape our new working landscape. Your Profile You see uncertainty and unfamiliarity as an opportunity to influence rather than a point of frustration. You feel comfortable handling and prioritizing multiple tasks, thrive in being part of a fast-moving culture, and enjoy tackling new challenges together with ambitious colleagues. You value team spirit, but are self-going, flexible, and creatively manage various challenges and tasks. You communicate effectively with diverse audiences, often in an international context. You have good command, both verbally and in writing, of the English language and are familiar with working within all primary Office applications. You have previous experience working as an Assistant supporting on the management level with a demonstrated high ability, or you are a university graduate seeing this as an opportunity to start your career at Scania. Your Tasks •    Acting as the point of contact between the P&C Management Team at PPL and internal & external colleagues. •    Organizing operational, logistical, and communication details related to organizational meetings. •    Managing incoming and outgoing communication, and occasionally preparing correspondence and presentations. •    Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries. •    Taking meeting notes when needed. •    Managing a calendar of appointments, including meeting scheduling with staff as well as internal and external stakeholders. •    Monitoring and organizing lists of follow-ups and to-do items. Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and actions simultaneously. •    Working closely and effectively with the Head of P&C PPL to ensure preparedness for upcoming commitments and responsibilities and follow up as needed. Scania Offers The position is a permanent position and is located in Södertälje. Working hours are daytime. As an employee at Scania, in addition to career and development opportunities in an international environment, we offer other benefits such as a staff car, performance bonus, occupational pension, flexible working hours, lunch at a reduced price, and much more.
