The position We are currently searching for a Paralegal to join our Roxtec Legal department. In this role, you will have a wide range of tasks and work closely with experienced colleagues. You will be an integral part of our Legal department, providing legal support to various departments and our sales companies worldwide. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and international environment Key responsibilities: • Manage legal documents, including drafting and reviewing policies, guidelines, contracts, and legal templates. • Handle corporate governance matters, such as managing export control and trade secrets policies. • Provide administrative support to the Legal department (including intellectual property-related administrative tasks). • Conduct legal research and analysis, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. • Collaborate with external counsels, consultants (such as insurance brokers) and internal stakeholders. • Handle data privacy-related issues. • Assist in internal legal training. Qualifications: • Strong interest in business law and corporate governance. • For this position, a strong passion for legal work is more important than formal qualifications in law. However, a legal background (whether through qualifications or workplace experience) is desirable. Familiarity with technical fields, such as mechanical engineering, can be advantageous • Curious, social, a team player and driven by results. • Organized and focused on delivering high-quality work. • Ability to deliver in-time with short deadlines from time-to-time. • Good business understanding and excellent communication skills in English language. • Great analytical skills with keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Speed, simplicity, and flexibility are key principles for us at Roxtec and should feel natural for you as well.
