Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Tester to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage activities in alignment with the project’s test strategy.
- Plan and execute comprehensive testing efforts, with a focus on integration and user acceptance testing.
- Oversee testing of non-functional requirements when necessary.
- Support and coach other testers, including business stakeholders, during test case development and execution.
- Report test status and progress to the test manager.
- Manage defects, including reporting, tracking, and coordinating retests.
What you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with proven expertise as a senior tester or test lead.
- 5+ years of experience in the banking and finance sector.
- Strong experience with testing in transformation programs/projects.
- Expertise in testing migrated production data.
- Proven ability to work with teams and vendors operating primarily in remote settings.
- Experience in multi-cultural organizations and the ability to navigate diverse team dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience working with BaNCS.
