We manage projects that focus on various aspects of a complete vehicle such as powertrain, chassis, electrical systems, and more. We are a passionate and diverse team that value each other’s differences, and most important of all, we have fun at work!  About the role As a Senior Project Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects related to complete vehicle development. You will act as the representative for features, verification, and validation within a technology stream or an Intro program. Your main goal is to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Leading a team of skilled feature engineers and test engineers, you will collaborate to develop and implement effective verification and validation activities. You will also consider optimization aspects for trucks, as well as platform and application elements. Your responsibility is to lead, coordinate, and align the efforts of these streams, ensuring seamless integration of technologies and features into the final product.   Throughout your decision-making process, customer needs will always be prioritized. You will provide regular updates on technical progress, product status, and overall value. Collaboration with other Project Managers will be crucial for achieving success in this role. Who you are To succeed in this role, you need to have an engineering degree or an equivalent qualification. As part of your responsibilities, you will be managing projects or subprojects of varying complexity within a program or portfolio. This will give you valuable experience in technological development and a strong understanding of vehicle products. Actively participating in continuous improvement work is a highly valued experience. To thrive in this position, a minimum of 6 years of project management experience is required, and having a PMP certification is considered a bonus. Your expertise in vehicle verification and validation is also highly valued. Demonstrating skills in planning, cost management, and scope management is necessary to ensure progress towards the project plan.
