Your future team The Multichannel Products department is part of the Extended Video Products organization within R&D. The department is focusing on development of new video products from idea to mass production. We are now looking for you with solid experience in leadership and broad interest in technology to lead one of our consisting teams of Mechanicals Engineers. Join our journey as a Line Manager and get the opportunity to lead a wonderful high-performing team in our HQ in Lund! What you'll do here as a Line Manager? You will lead and develop the day-to-day operations of your team. This includes coaching the team members to ensure that we have the right skills and meet our goal of having engineers who grow within their roles and as individuals. As a Line Manager, you create the conditions for the team to be able to deliver the technology solutions we´ve planned with product management. The role also includes: * Working closely with product managers and project leaders within our product areas. * To be engaged in forward-looking discussions about organization, product strategies and roadmaps! * You'll report to the department manager and be part of the Multi Channel Products leadership group. We'd love to hear that you have: * An engineering degree, preferably with a master's degree in relevant subject. * Strong interest and experience in leading product development. * Line Management experience preferably in technology centric organization.
