What You'll Do - Driving Change and Excellence As a Process Improvement Manager, your role is critical to our mission. You will be a catalyst for transformation, leading initiatives that enhance the performance and efficiency of our Reverse Supply Chain. Your primary focus: * Lead key process improvements that optimize our global reverse logistics and customer service strategy, ensuring excellence in both short- and long-term operations. * Secure the robustness of Reverse Supply Chain processes as we scale and innovate. * Analyze data and identify, develop and implement efficiency improvements, both internally and in collaboration with our 16 global partners. What We Expect: * A degree in Industrial Management, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar. * At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and/or supply chain management with a proven track record of delivering results. * Strong skills in process improvement, data analysis, and project coordination. * Experience with ERP systems, Qlik, and advanced Excel proficiency. * Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous. * A highly motivated, solution-driven, and positive attitude that embraces both short- and long-term goals.
