Volvo The Global Headquarters for Volvo Financial Services is seeking a VP, Services Portfolio Management to design and implement portfolio management at the Volvo Group consolidated level. What you will do As VP, Services Portfolio Management you will play a leading role in the further services growth and effective services governance for the Volvo Group.    Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network across the Volvo Group, take responsibilities in the following areas:  * Develop and implement portfolio management framework for Volvo Group services at a consolidated level. * Establish project plans and program management for improvements to Group services portfolio management. * Lead portfolio management consolidation implementation in coordination with portfolio management resources in Business Areas, Truck Divisions and Group Functions. * Lead development and consolidation of the Volvo Group “services stack”. * Create impact assessments for changes to the existing Group services stack. * Lead the creation of end-to-end process documentation for services development, operations and delivery working closely with service owners, truck divisions, and Group functions. * Create portfolio reviews and present updates to the Services Board. * Lead the development of the portfolio management team and attract new talent as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:  * Bachelors degree, advanced degree a plus. * 15+ years professional experience.  * Deep services experience with track record of successful portfolio management. * Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.  * Strong process mapping skills. * Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment where sound business judgment and a flexible and adaptable approach are valued. * Results driven demonstrating a push for top performance from self and from others. * Self-directed with ability to set team priorities and consistently overcome roadblocks to meet objectives. * Exceptional grammar, business writing, and presentation preparation skills including the ability to communicate at senior levels of the organization. * Excellence in reading, writing, and speaking English; additional languages a plus. * Expert level experience working with Microsoft Office.
