What you will do

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to continuously improve the security, reliability, and time to market of our products.

You will drive automation and collaboration within the DevSecOps team. Support and inspire efficient ways of working following DevSecOps practices and coach the adoption across application development domains to ensure an implementation for speed, quality, and resilience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for implementing and managing the CI/CD pipeline, automating infrastructure, and ensuring system reliability.
  • Implementing build, deployment, and configuration management systems. Automating and Optimizing operational processes ( Eg: Software Deployment and development pipeline, Optimizing the deployment and scaling of applications in containerized environments)
  • Assessing current systems and processes, and developing ways to improve. Maintain standards for deployment, monitoring and logging.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure they have necessary tools and environments to build, test, and deploy applications efficiently.
  • Responsibility to enhance system monitoring and alerting capabilities.
  • System Administrator focus are responsible for managing and configuring servers, deploying software updates, and monitoring system performance
  • Ensure that all work is done according to CI/CD guidelines and data privacy regulations.
  • It is the responsibility to maintain documentation for CI/CD architectures, and workflows

Qualifications likely required to be successful in this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of working experience in DevSecOps, Networking, change and release management area or project management area.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and/ or relevant tools and appliations.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform, Ansible, MS Azure Bicep, etc.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications a plus.
  • Structured thinking.
  • Pragmatic and resilient mindset.
  • Experience managing scalable and high-performance services.
  • Strong communication skills to work with global multicultural teams, English required.
  • Expert in understanding software development lifecycle.
  • Automotive and/or financial banking industry experience preferred.
