About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Centre Electronic Security Programme Manager to oversee the implementation and commissioning of Enterprise Security Systems within a data centre environment. Key Responsibilities: • Define project scope with stakeholders, develop roadmaps, and allocate resources to meet security and operational needs. • Collaborate on the design and integration of access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and biometric systems, ensuring they align with data centre infrastructure and compliance standards (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). • Lead cross-functional teams, direct onsite teams, and ensure installations meet industry standards. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies, including disaster recovery plans and continuous system monitoring. • Manage project budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide regular progress reports, oversee training for data centre personnel, and ensure smooth handover of security systems. • Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare for audits, and develop maintenance schedules to guarantee system reliability post-implementation. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, security, engineering, or project management or equivalent work experience. • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). • Several years of experience in project management, particularly in security systems and data centers. • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2. • Strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills. • B driving license Why Join Us? At Securitas Technology, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by turning data into actionable insights that shape the future of security.
