As a Copywriter with UX skills, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and content of our internal Employment website called “My Employment” for Sweden. Your mission will be to make the site more user-friendly, ensuring it becomes an indispensable tool for all employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create dynamic, relevant content that not only informs but also engages our workforce.   •    Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage high-quality content that is clear, concise, and tailored to meet the needs of our diverse employee base.   •    UX Design: Improve the overall usability of the internal website, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for all users.   •    Collaboration: Work with various departments and subject matter experts to gather insights and translate complex information into accessible content.   •    Continuous Improvement: Regularly update the website to reflect the latest company information, policies, and resources. Constantly seek ways to enhance the site's functionality and user experience.   •    User Research: Conduct user research and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and pain points. Use this data to inform design decisions and content strategy.   •    Efficiency Focus: Develop strategies and implement solutions that save time for employees and streamline their access to necessary information.   What you bring •    Experience: Proven experience as a copywriter and UX designer, preferably in a corporate or internal communications setting and or in a HR setting.   •    Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in UX design principles and tools   •    Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.   •    Creativity: A passion for creating engaging and dynamic content that enhances the user experience.   •    Problem-Solving: Ability to identify user needs and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.   •    Empathy: A deep understanding of the employee perspective and a commitment to making their work lives better.   You on a personal level  You are dedicated to creating high-quality, intuitive content that resonates with users, delivering clear and impactful communication.
