Role Overview:

The service Lead plays a pivotal role in the Electrolux IAM team for orchestrating and managing the delivery of services managed by external service providers to ensure they align with the organization's objectives and deliver seamless, high-quality services to the business.

The primary focus of this role is to oversee the integration of services and improvements into the existing IAM ecosystem. The Service Lead will ensure seamless communication, coordination, and alignment between the organization and the service provider, making sure that all changes are effectively implemented and can be operationalized.

An IAM Service Lead streamline and optimize the management of IAM services between service providers, internal IAM team, IT team, and Non-IT organization - ensuring they work in aligned to achieve unified business goals. It aims to bridge the gap between disparate services, fostering an environment that is cohesive and enhances security, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

IAM Service Lead harmonizes processes and technology with service providers and enables organizations to utilize IAM services. This role should help contribute to a more secure, agile, efficient integration and execution of managed IAM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate technical liaison and relationship between the internal IAM team and the external supplier managing IAM services, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
  • Lead activities required for integrating new services, enhancements, and changes into existing managed services, ensuring proper alignment with business requirements and technical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for IAM services or modifications, ensuring these are clearly communicated and understood by the external supplier.
  • Ensure that all operational changes to existing IAM services are well-documented, communicated, and understood by the external service provider. Work closely with the provider to ensure changes are integrated smoothly with existing operations.
  • Collaborate with internal IAM team members, business units, and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of services, integrations, and improvements.
  • Ensure that all IAM services and integrations comply with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • In full alignment with IAM Global Operation Manager identify areas for operational improvement in IAM services, both internally and with the supplier, and work to implement enhancements that increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Assess risks related to IAM service changes and integrations and ensure proper mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Ensure all processes, configurations, and changes are documented clearly for both internal teams and the external supplier, maintaining alignment with governance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, and Information Security:
  • Strong and deep understanding of all IAM principles, security, and governance frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, RBAC, ABAC) and authorization protocols.
  • Hands on experiences with IAM tools, and platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, Strong Authentication).
  • Experience with key IAM services and solutions including IGA, PAM, IDTR, and CIEM.
  • Expertise on cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
  • Experience working with external suppliers or managed service providers is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to lead initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
