About the job
In this temporary (18 months) full-time role, your focus will be on facilitating the execution of our business strategies, priorities, and processes through communication. You will provide communication expertise, particularly in areas like change communication, to both managers and co-workers, offering continuous support in the development of their communication skills. Your mission also involves collaborating with People & Culture co-workers to create an engaging, inspiring, and inclusive work environment while enabling change through well-planned communication strategies.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication flows aligned with the IKEA network, reaching specific target groups within and outside the unit. This includes the conscientious sharing of information to ensure that it reaches the right people at the right time.

About you
You are passionate about using communication as a business enabler and tactical tool, leading business and people to drive engagement, while simplifying complex ideas into effective plans. You are dedicated to mentoring and coaching others, fostering relationships, and collaborating within the IKEA network. Your passion extends to home life and furnishing, and you are motivated to share and live IKEA's culture and values.

Additional Information
This is a temporary (18 months) role to support during a colleague's parental leave. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) and based in Malmö, Sweden or Delft, the Netherlands. The role sits in the Enabling Functions, Communication area and reports to the Communication Manager for Operations Management.
