We are seeking a dynamic Main Planner to optimize our production processes. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our master production plan, aligning it with market demand, inventory levels and resource capacity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll identify and resolve bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the master plan considering forecasts, inventory levels and resource capacity
  • Analyze market trends and customer demand to support production alignment
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with various departments such as sales, engineering and project management to ensure a reliable plan
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the planning process
  • Regularly monitor progress towards milestones and identify deviations or roadblocks
  • Develop planning scenarios to support Sales & Operations Planning
  • Set delivery dates for quotations
  • Identify potential risks that could threaten the plan’s success and develop contingency plans to mitigate them

Your background

  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in supply chain management, industrial engineering or related field
  • Experience in production planning and scheduling is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g Excel, Power BI or similar)
  • Good communication- and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English is required; Swedish language skills are a plus
