Your role Become an integral part of our Solution Team as a Test Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality solutions for our clients. Your main responsibility will be to manage the testing process, working closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and translating them into test and test planning. Collaboration is key, as you will guide the test work, occasionally perform tests yourself, and set up test environments. As part of our global team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers in the UK, Sweden, and occasionally the US. With a diverse mix of Swedish and British members, our team promotes a collaborative environment and values proactive individuals who are excellent communicators, team players, and motivated doers. This role may also involve occasional travel within Europe, especially to UK. Your profile The successful candidate will have a relevant academic background in IT, along with experience in test management, test, and strong requirement analysis skills. Additional experience in various domains, such as dispatch systems, emergency response systems, geospatial technology, would be beneficial. Other beneficial experiences would be: * Control room operations * Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments * Experience in Test-driven development (TDD) practices * Atlassian, Confluence and Jira * Test automation, including Gherkin and Specflow * Experience with CCTV/Video solutions This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
