In Aftermarket Technology we are close to the service market, understanding their needs and expectations in a workshop environment, as well as providing uptime services for our end customers. Our engaged teams have a holistic view of the transport solution and the opportunities it brings.  The Project Office within Aftermarket Technology (AMT) leads the cross-functional development of aftermarket solutions. In practice, this means product and portfolio management with focus to deliver maintainable solutions and to ensure aftermarket readiness. The Project Office consists of two teams of project managers with high aftermarket engagement and technical knowledge. You would be leading one of these teams.  The team’s main task is to lead and manage the full deliveries from the site and functions, including spare parts handling, service information, diagnostic content and maintainability requirements. Even though working from Gothenburg, a close cooperation with the other sites is required, to optimize plans and delivery targets. The project managers in the team also work very closely with other departments at Group Trucks Technology (GTT), and networking is key to success. We encourage employees with a lot of energy, engagement and drive to improve and who are ready to make a difference.  This is how you could make an impact In your mission you will lead the Aftermarket Technology Project Office, Vehicle team. Aftermarket Project Managers leads the cross functional deliveries from Aftermarket Technology organization and consolidates the overall aftermarket readiness. As a line manager you are expected to take a stand with regards to product readiness and have a view on the needed activities to be performed and delivered. You are expected to develop an organization with strong accountability and with an internal drive to continuously improve, build knowledge and understand customer needs as well as truck and services usage.  In your role, you will represent AMT in various product and technology forums within GTT and you will a key member of the AMT reference group. In this position you will report to the Director AMT Site Gothenburg.  We believe you had good people skills and strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams. To succeed in this position, it is important with strong customer focus and to drive for result.   Who are you? We are looking for you who holds a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering together with experience in Product development or Project Management   For you to really enjoy this position we also think you have the following interests and experiences: •    Previous management with direct supervisory experience  •    Experience from automotive aftermarket domain  •    Experience in working in a continental /global and cross functional organization with many stakeholders  •    Experience in vehicles development, vehicles product know-how and platform development  •    Knowledge of the overall Aftermarket business fundamentals, customer needs and key players in the transportation industry   •    Several years of experience in technology development within Automotive industry and good understanding of the Aftermarket Technology Products  Ready for the next move?
