The Project Commissioning and Construction Manager is part of a multinational team with responsibility for all HVDC new projects globally. Current team has 23 Project Commissioning and Construction Managers located in different countries. Responsibility for HVDC’s construction and commissioning activities.

Your responsibilities:

  • The responsibility of the PCCM is to manage and drive Construction and Commissioning processes and activities related to project scope of the HVDC station.
  • Plan, monitor and report the overall construction execution progress, cost and man loading forecast on regular basis.
  • Coordinate and lead handover process from Tendering reviewing Construction and Commissioning scope, schedule and budget, including risk and opportunities. Organize and conduct Kick Off meeting for the C&C Team.
  • Develop and plan temporary and permanent infrastructure together with the Site Manager.
  • Reporting progress and actual information to the Project Director and to the C&C management department, in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Coordinate and execute subcontracts with Subcontracts Development and Delivery Manager.

Your background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil-, Mechanical-, or Electrical-Engineering.
  • Several years of PM experience in HVDC projects or similar e.g. Power Generation, Oil & Gas or Automation Industry.
  • Good Intercultural Skills
  • Fluent English
