Cloud Operations Engineer

⁠Join us as a Cloud Operations Engineer and play a crucial role in our Microsoft 365 and fast growing Azure production environment and our continued journey moving from on prem datacentres in US and Sweden. You'll develop, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, ensuring performance, security, and availability. Collaborate with IT and external partners to optimize our platforms, enforce security policies, and automate tasks with scripting. Your expertise will drive our cloud transformation forward.

In this role you will:

• Design, plan, and implement changes to Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions based on requirements and optimize our platforms in collaboration with resources in IT and external partners.

• Develop and continue our implementations of Microsoft 365 and Azure platform.
• 
  
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
• 
  
• Provide technical support for issues related to Microsoft 365 and compute/network related issues in Azure.
• 
  
• Configure and manage identity and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
• 
  
• Work with our security team and implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, based on our IT Security policy.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline administrative tasks.
• 
  
• Collaborate with other team members of IT regarding broader architectural analysis and design work.
• 
  
• Maintain and improve our Infrastructure as Code
• 
  
• Be in the forefront of the Microsoft roadmap and assess business impacts.
• 
  
• Testing Backup and Disaster recovery scenarios in Azure.

We believe that you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft platforms: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365.
• Windows server (migration, updating and configuration)
• 
  
• Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP)
• 
  
• Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Azure Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop
• 
  
• Direct experience with Azure's Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings, Azure Networking, and Azure Security.
• 
  
• Privilege Identity Management
• 
  
• Experienced with DevOps and Orchestration of Infrastructure as Code
• 
  
• Hybrid IT-environments (on-prem and cloud)
• 
  
• Meriting with experience of automation through Powershell scripting.
