Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Advanced Analytics Service Delivery Team (SDT)

The focus of the Advance Analytics SDT is to provide capabilities around data onboarding/engineering and model deployment for the prioritized Use Cases. The team consists of Data Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, Service Architects, DevOps Engineer, Tester, Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master. Backlog prioritization is done together with Business Product Owners based on the pipeline of Use Cases.

• Collaborate Globally: Partner with dynamic teams in Sweden, India, Singapore, and the US to push the boundaries of what we can achieve. Your insights will power solutions that make a real impact on stakeholders across the globe.
• Innovate with Technology: Work closely with our technology partners across Tetra Pak. You'll be the key player in integrating analytics solutions into our cloud platform, bringing automation and efficiencies to another level and shaping the future of our business.
• Lead from the front: As a DevOps Lead, you'll support and lead the charge in delivering game-changing solutions, with great performance and high user satisfaction. Are you up for the challenge?

This role is based in Lund, Sweden with flexibility to work from home up to three days a week.

We believe you have

Technical Qualifications with hands-on experience expected for these tools:

• 4-5 years of relevant DevOps experience
• Experience in CI/CD implementation (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
• Container Orchestration – Kubernetes/AKS, Azure Container Instance, Docker, Helm Charts
• Application Gateway
• Terraform or any other IaC tool such as Arm Templates, Bicep
• Secret Management - HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault
• Good understanding of Version Control System (GIT)
• DevSecOps - Blackduck, Polaris, Trivy
• Shell scripting, Azure CLI, PowerShell
• Experience in implementing Airflow and MLflow (AKS and Databricks)
• Observability - Azure Monitor, Log Analytics Workspace, Grafana, Prometheus
• Experience in Azure implementations – Data Analytics Services, MS Defender, Azure AD, Cloud Networking, Cost Management, Managed Identities, Sentinel etc
• Good understanding of debugging issues of web traffic
• Experience in System Integration

• Leadership experience as a team lead or leadership qualities that make you suitable for such a role.
• Clear vision-setting, long-term strategic planning, and effective prioritization to align team efforts with business goals.
• Ability to work across time-zones, culturally aware and able to collaborate with people from other countries.
• Mentoring, conflict resolution, and empowering team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, manage stakeholder expectations, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Promote an inclusive and positive team culture, leading by example and maintaining high ethical standards in all team activities.
• Experience of working agile according to Scrum/Kanban, experience as a Scrum Master is a merit
