Construction Project Managers– Volvo Battery Mariestad We are looking for you, that wants to lead one of the construction projects; * Building blocks * Land * Infrastructure You will report to the Head of Construction being part of the Construction and Infrastructure team in the Mariestad Industrialization Program. These roles are key in the construction of the plant in Mariestad. Each role has the total and overall responsibility for planning and execution according to time plan and budget. You have the overall responsibility for cost, quality and time according to the overall program plan whilst securing compliance with legal requirements as well as company policies and regulations. You work closely with the procurement team as well as other part of the project within construction but also extremely interlinked with process and logistics as well as other parts of the program. Who are you? You have a well documented experience of large scale industrial construction projects and a well-proven track record of successful partnerships in the construction industry. Equally important to the construction related agenda is the ability to work with other stakeholders within and outside the project. Most likely you have the following profile: * Relevant BSc or MSc and long professional experience within construction * Strong business acumen. * Experience in large industrial project with planning and construction phases covering (depending on scope for your part of the project) CSA, MEP etc * A can-do mindset with high drive and energy. Strong creative problem-solving abilities and communication skills. * Proficiency in both written and oral English including technical language- Swedish language is also an asset * A positive, proactive and curious mindset. * A team player with a genuine interest in being part of the green transformation and sustainable development. * Experience from green field industrial projects is preferred.
