Joining our Buyer Enablement team might be the perfect move for you.We are looking for someone to take on this role for a 1-year fixed-term contract focusing on the Nordic market.

As a Buyer Enablement Advisor, you will act as a strategic business partner to the sales organization, focusing on empowering prospects throughout the buyer journey. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Nordic Enterprise Sales, the Head of SME Sales, and other functions within the organization to support account strategies, solution positioning, and value propositions.Our goal for this role is to provide you with the right tools from day one so that you can succeed to the best of your ability.

Here, you will get the chance to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, providing unique opportunities within the organization. The sales world is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding, making it perfect for anyone wishing to excel in a client-facing, creative role. In this role you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales process, providing industry expertise.
  • Support and review the RFP process.
  • Participate in early validation of sales opportunities, coordinate sales support activities, and influence prospects' choice towards Benify.
  • Facilitate workshops, build ROIs and manage Proof of Concepts with customers.
  • Develop and implement presales methodologies and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of the Nordics GTM strategy and run/support strategic projects and sales transformations.
  • Align with other departments to ensure prospect satisfaction and deal success.
  • Ensure sales team alignment with sales processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Run/Support Strategic Projects and Sales Transformation.

Personal AttributesYou excel at managing your time independently and building strong client relationships. You are customer-oriented, focusing on seeing things from the buyer's perspective and establishing trusted advisor status. With a primary focus on selling Benify, you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle technical tasks like ROI and business case analysis. You take initiative, act proactively, and thrive in delivering excellent commercial and customer outcomes.

We are open to hiring someone with potential, where we can provide support in areas where you may not have prior experience.

We also see that you have:

  • Commercial acumen and client-facing experience.
  • Good knowledge of Benify products and services.
  • Technical Knowledge of benefits in the Nordics and some wider international benefits.
  • Client relationship and presentation skills.
  • English as a minimum as it’s our corporate language.
  • Swedish - required for supporting the Nordic RFP process.

It's an extra if you also have...

  • General technical knowledge of tax/legal considerations in relation to benefits in the Nordics and International space.
  • Experience of contributing to or supporting RF(x) exercises.
  • Experience of contributing to or creating return on investment exercises and customer business cases/proposals.
