We are establishing cross-functional core teams for each strategic focus area to support this transformation, requiring significant changes in processes, digital solutions, and roles. We seek dynamic individuals ready to drive this change. Your role As the Program Manager for Customer Relations, you will be pivotal in executing our strategy to boost customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Level: crafting and driving the roadmap for customer satisfaction to ensure impactful activities that significantly enhance customer experiences. Tactical Level: leading digital transformation initiatives to meet strategic goals, coordinating the digital development portfolio, and tracking project value delivery and customer metrics. Operational Level: coaching customer journey managers, leading customer-related projects, and reporting to the Core Team Customer Relations steering group. Your experience We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in strategic program management, particularly in managing program/project portfolios and driving business value through organizational change. The ideal candidate will have: * Relevant project management certifications. * Experience in the electricity grid domain (preferred). * An academic degree in engineering, economics, or a related field; an MBA or M.Sc. is a plus. * Exceptional leadership skills to inspire project managers and influence colleagues. * Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and a talent for navigating complex organizational changes. * Excellent communication skills to foster effective dialogue with stakeholders.
