Ecommerce Sub Channel Manager – “Focused Sales”

At Electrolux, we are on a journey to provide our consumers with a simply outstanding experience across our business areas and through all channels where this role supports the evolving routes to market through D2C E-Commerce.

We are now looking for an Ecommerce Sub Channel Manager to join the central E-Commerce team in Europe APAC-MEA. This Central D2C Ecommerce team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux.

As Sub Channel Manager for “Focused Sales”, your mission will be to commercially develop the channel cross markets and manage web shops for a selection of key markets in Business Area BA Europe APAC-MEA with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories. The role includes driving D2C sales in a local market (Commercial Area) and be responsible for the Sub Channel “Focus Sales” cross the Business Area. The channel “Focus Sales” includes “Friends & Family”, “Staff Sales”, and “Corporate Programs”. It is an essential sales channel within our D2C offer.

You will as Sub Channel Manager report to the Head of D2C Ecom Sales Execution & Support in BA Europe APAC-MEA and you will have one direct report. In the role you will make sure we drive profitable growth across markets for the sub channel. Furthermore, you will manage sales execution responsibilities for a selection of markets cross ecom sub channels.

In the position you will also:

  • Identify best practices and guidelines for the sub channel and structurally work to implement those cross markets together with the responsible Online Sales Managers.
  • In collaboration with Product Team support in the requirement gathering and documentation process for commercial features. Includes training and communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze local competitive landscape to adjust sales activities to local market conditions.
  • Develop and execute the promotional campaign plans for assigned markets, ensuring alignment with other Electrolux channels and communication activities.
  • Understand the mechanisms around SEO, SEM, email marketing, display ads and social media to drive traffic and generate demand.
  • Monitor traffic, shopping behavior and other key metrics to optimize site performance and maximize conversion rate.
  • Provide reports on weekly and monthly basis including analyses on campaign performance and main e-commerce KPIs that can explain current performance trends and suggest corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with central and local sales, marketing, category management, supply chain and product line to maximize the impact in your area of responsibility.
  • Actively work to enforce the D2C Ecommerce strategy.


Qualifications

  • A bachelor/master degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years working commercially with D2C e-commerce
  • Preferably experience from several ecommerce sales channels
  • Good general technical understanding of a typical e-commerce environment
  • Understanding SEO/SEM and other mechanisms that drive traffic
  • Excellent Google Analytics skills
  • Experience from working with SAP/ Hybris is a plus
  • Fluent English is mandatory
