As a Business Application Specialist, you will be crucial in implementing the business system for customers and partners through advanced configuration. Your support will be instrumental in helping customers' own back office in technical matters that they cannot resolve themselves and in guiding them to utilize the business system optimally in various ways. Working with the product, you will collaborate closely with the development team and customers to gain comprehensive insight into the entire product. You will become part of a company with an international customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

- Participating in Billiant’s various implementation projects and supporting Billiant's customers with issues our own BackOffice cannot solve.

- Handling everything from urgent cases that require quick feedback regarding invoices, customer orders, or subscriptions to more extensive matters such as producing reports, creating new configurations, or overseeing long-term solutions.

- Besides customer issues, you will gradually be involved in implementation projects for new and existing customers and participate in major system upgrades. Upgrades may occasionally be scheduled for evenings or nights.

We seek an experienced System Administrator with strong system knowledge and broad IT skills. The ideal candidate should have an education in systems science or a related field, good knowledge of databases, especially SQL, and an understanding of automating business processes based on customer-specific requirements. Basic insight into system integration via web services such as REST and SOAP over HTTP is essential, along with a genuine interest in IT systems and their processes. We would like you to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, as these languages are used daily. To succeed in this role, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, and you are service-oriented and accountable.
