As Business Controller at Einride, you'll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.

What you'll do:

• Finance business partner to Einride’s EMEA General Manager and their Sales and Operations teams
• Work together with the business control team in building processes within controlling and financial reporting, and manage senior stakeholders within the finance department
• Identifying, structuring and enabling implementation of organisational improvements based on financial insights in order to support leaders
• Working with reporting, forecasting and business cases
• Tracking of the business through operational metrics and KPIs

What we're looking for:

• B.Sc. or higher within finance, accounting or similar
• 3-5 years of work experience in controlling, strategy or consulting
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong language and communication skills - English is the corporate language at Einride but proficiency in Swedish is a plus
• Experience in working with stakeholders from different backgrounds and levels of seniority
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
• Driven, humble, supportive in nature and open to feedback

• Knowledge of B2B sales processes
