Job Summary

We are looking for an Integration Lead who will be responsible to manage all confirmed interdependencies with strategic programmes, projects and priorities associated to the Next Chapter Systems Platform (NCSP) Strategic Programme. This involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as program management, rollout teams, system integrator, process teams, Market/Unit/Functional Leadership teams and IT leaders to manage the various integrated tracks towards successful go-lives for Pilot and rollout waves.

Your mission is to support the successful execution of the NCSP Programme by providing project management disciplines, guidance and oversight to secure that Tetra Pak can realize the expected benefits without business disruptions.


The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and you will be reporting to Programme Director Next Chapter System Platform.

What you will do

As Integration Lead for the NCSP Programme, you will:

  • Map, validate and manage all interdependencies to and from the NCSP programme
  • Qualify and quantify dependencies for processes, technology, data, people or timing
  • Accountable to secure mitigating actions are implemented and managed throughout the Programme lifecycle
  • Responsible to manage stakeholders regarding accountability towards delivery in and outside of NCSP
  • Set-up effective governance structure to effectively manage these dependencies
  • Informal leadership across the various transformations
  • Work in close collaboration with our System Integrator and SAP programme teams

We believe you have

  • A university degree within Business Administration or equivalent combined with at least 10 years of Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated excellent cultural awareness to manage diverse transformations across businesses. You demonstrate excellent Business Acumen and broad understanding of all businesses in Tetra Pak.
  • An intimate appreciation for detail planning to avoid business disruptions
  • A technical, process and data understanding related to NCSP and how it impacts overall priorities.
  • You can support the translation and simplification of complex business requirements across all business towards solution development.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.

Furthermore, you are result oriented, organized, focused on performance and to deliver accurate and timely results. You possess great presentation skills and an ability to clearly communicate with all levels within the organization. You are a great team player and are able to manage conflicts easily. Building networks to understand and solve obstacles comes natural to you. You will be acting in a context with many different perspectives, it is essential you are good at handling changes and excellent in stakeholder management.
