About the role

As Agile Coach, your main objective and responsibility is to streamline agile culture within the department by fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and efficiency within the organization. You will be a key figure working to coach and support internal teams while facilitating collaboration and communication between different departments.

What you will do in this position

• Analyze and Improve Processes: Collaborate with teams to enhance workflow efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and challenging existing practices.
• Enhance Agile Methods: Provide guidance on agile practices, improving methodologies like Kanban and Scrum.
• Inspire and Educate: Coach teams in agile methods and tools for consistency across squads.
• Optimize Stakeholder Workflows: Analyze and optimize workflows for external stakeholders such as CS, Sales, Benefits, and Operations.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental collaboration by sharing perspectives and promoting mutual understanding.
• Analyze and Report: Evaluate improvement measures and report findings to management.

Exceptional communication skills are vital for success in this position. As an Agile Coach, you will facilitate discussions, offer guidance, and share insights across various teams and departments. A robust analytical mindset is also crucial for identifying areas needing improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will analyze workflow processes, challenge existing practices, and utilize data to inform decision-making. Additionally, we value strong initiative-taking abilities and seek someone unafraid to take the lead. You will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, motivate teams to embrace change, and actively seek opportunities to enhance our agile practices.

To be successful in this role, we also expect you to bring the following:

• Experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a similar industry
• Agile certification and deep knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Fluent in English and Swedish both oral and written
